During this period of Rascal dominance, these scooters became popular in retirement communities, assisted living centers, and urban areas, where the scooters provided a convenient way to navigate short distances.

The name was so ubiquitous that it was referenced and seen in some of the mostwatched television programs of all time. Rascal endures to this day as a legacy brand, representing one of the original players that revolutionized power mobility.
